It isn’t difficult to make a simple spindle sander. (later today you will see another post on how to do so.) It is even less difficult to turn your drill press into a spindle sander by adding these handmade sanding devices to them.
Especially if you have above a 1.5 Horsepower drill press do these work great. But even with a 1.5 HP or less, they will definitely get the job done.
